Single microcolony diffusion analysis in Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilms
A new study published in Nature are showing the effects of diffusion rates in biofilms and its connection to antibiotic resistance. TRITC-dextran of various sizes, FITC-dextran, FITC-CM-dextran and FITC-DEAE-dextran from TdB Consultancy was used to investigate the diffusion coefficients. Read the full article here.
