A new study published in Science is showing the effects of GasderminD in experimental colitis induced using DSS from TdB Labs. The authors observed that GasderminD (GSDMD) protein was activated during intestinal inflammation in chemically induced colitis and that the deficiency of GSDMD in macrophages exacerbated colitis independent of changes in the microbiota.
