How to find and order products?

Please visit our web shop to view our full product selection.
You can either place your order directly in our web shop, or by sending your order to order@tdblabs.se . Please include product name, molecular weight, pack size, shipping and billing address. We will also need your telephone number and VAT-number (only for EU-customers).

If you would like to receive a quote, please send you request along with the information above to order@tdblabs.se.

Delivery

All orders will be handled and shipped within 24 hours. International shipments are shipped by FedEx Economy or FedEx Priority. Shipping by FedEx Economy ensures delivery within 2-5 business days and Priority within 1-3 days. You also have the possibility to use your own FedEx account for shipping.

Shipments within Sweden are sent by Shiplink.

Shipping charge

FedEx Economy within Europe: 29 EUR.

FedEx Economy outside Europe: 47 USD (42 EUR)

A handling charge of 20 EUR or 27 USD is added for customers using their own FedEx account for shipping.

Shipping within Sweden by Shiplink: 29 EUR (310 SEK).

Online payment

Customers have the possibility to pay by PayPay or invoice.

PayPal uses the latest in data encryption and anti-fraud technology to help keep your information secure, reducing the risk of online fraud.

Customers will be invoiced on receipt of goods and payment instructions are given on invoice.
