Degree of substitution measurements

Degree of substitution methods measures the content of different substituents attached to polysaccharides. The degree of substitution gives the number of substituents per monomer unit. Our conventional methods measure sulfate-, carboxyl- and diethylethanolamine-content. Additionally, TdB Labs offers degree of dye substitutions.
